What is the cost of the standard courier service?
Our standard courier service costs $5 per parcel, regardless of the quantity purchased.
How long does delivery take?
- In-stock contact lenses: Delivery takes 3–5 working days.
- Out-of-stock lenses: Delivery may take 5–10 working days.
We will notify you if additional time is required. Please note that delivery times do not include delays caused by customs clearance or local carriers
What is your return policy?
